This policy explains what personal data Crypto Decoded collects when you visit cryptodecodedhq.com, join the waitlist, download the free checklist or buy the ebook, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect, and why

We never receive your card details: card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider. Crypto payments are recorded on a public blockchain, which nobody, including us, can change or delete.
Who processes your data for us
- Cloudflare: website hosting, email routing and the delivery system that stores orders and serves your download.
- MailerLite: waitlist and newsletter emails.
- Resend: the email that delivers your purchase.
- Gumroad: card payments. For these sales Gumroad acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax; its own privacy policy also applies.
- MoonPay Commerce: crypto payments; its own privacy policy also applies.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by contract to protect it and to use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist and newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Orders and licence records: as long as needed to support your licence and for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Server logs: a few days to a few weeks, depending on the provider.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
Crypto Decoded is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be announced by email to buyers and subscribers.
