Terms of sale and refund policy

These terms apply when you buy Crypto Decoded from cryptodecodedhq.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.
1. The product
Crypto Decoded (2026 Edition) is a digital ebook in PDF format, delivered with the Trader's Kit spreadsheet (Excel format). It's educational content about how crypto markets and memecoins work. The content and page count are described on the sales page and may be improved in later editions.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in the ebook, the spreadsheet, this website or our emails is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptoassets are high-risk: you can lose all the money you put in. Past examples and teaching charts don't predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
3. Price and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Launch offers (for example a discount code for the first buyers) are limited and can end at any time.
- Card payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record for those sales and adds any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout.
- Crypto payments are processed by MoonPay Commerce. The amount in crypto is calculated at checkout. Network fees are paid by the buyer. Check the amount and network before you confirm: blockchain transactions can't be reversed by us.
4. Delivery
After payment, you receive an email from [email protected] with a personal download link, usually within minutes. Your link allows a limited number of ebook downloads (currently 5). If the email doesn't arrive, or you need the download limit reset, write to [email protected] with the email address you paid with.
5. Your licence
Your copy is licensed to you personally; you don't buy the copyright. Each copy is marked with the buyer's name and email. You may read it on your own devices and print it for your own use. You may not share, resell, upload, publish, copy into another product or otherwise distribute the ebook or the spreadsheet, in whole or in part, free or paid. If we find a copy shared in breach of this licence, we may cancel that buyer's download access without refund and take further action.
6. Refunds and the right of withdrawal
- Not downloaded yet? You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as you haven't downloaded the ebook.
- Faulty file or no delivery? If your file doesn't work or never arrived and we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
- After download: because the ebook is digital content delivered immediately and stamped to you, sales are final once you have downloaded it, except where the law of your country gives you more rights. By downloading, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that, where the law allows, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends at that moment.
- How refunds are paid: card payments are refunded through Gumroad to the original card. Crypto payments are refunded in USDC, for the US dollar amount you paid, to the wallet the payment came from, minus network fees.
To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your order email. When a refund is issued, the download link is disabled.
7. Liability
We work hard to keep the content accurate, and facts were checked in October 2026, but markets and platforms change quickly and some information may become outdated or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we're not liable for trading losses or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland, without removing any protection the consumer law of your country of residence gives you. Questions: [email protected].
